Born in 1898. He came to the Surgutsk region with his wife Akulina Demidovna Sakulina in the 1930s. and settled in Ust-Balyk (now the city of Nefteyugansk). In the direction of the Surgut regional executive committee, he worked as a receiver of furs and a seller of goods in the villages. Akulina Demidovna baked bread for fellow villagers and raised eight children. Before the war, the family moved to the city of Surgut. In 1941 Yegor Mikhailovich was mobilized into the ranks of the Red Army and sent to the front. Combat path: E.M. Gorkunov went through the entire war and returned home in 1946. Immediately he was sent to the nomadic yurts as a furs acceptor. After a while, the family moved to Ugut. Passed away on April 17, 1961
