Born in 1906 in the village. Saranpaul. He married Vokueva Maria Vasilievna. Three sons were born in the Arteev family: Markian, Vitaly, Anatoly. In June 1941, the Khanty-Mansiysk District Military Commissariat was called to the front. Disappeared in June 1944.
