Born on February 2, 1922 in the village of Savina (now the Tobolsk region). In 1941 he was drafted from Khanty-Mansiysk. Combat path: fought on the Leningrad, Volkhov, North-Western fronts. In February 1942, near Staraya Russa, he was seriously wounded. In May 1943 after the hospital he was demobilized and returned to Khanty-Mansiysk. He worked as a driver at a cannery, in Orsa riverport. Awards: Order of the Red Star, Order of the Patriotic War, 1st degree; medals "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945", "Veteran of Labor", jubilee awards.
