Permyakov Yakov Ivanovich

Born on November 1, 1922 in the village of Kashtak (now the Tobolsk district of the Tyumen region). In May 1937 he arrived in Ostyako-Vogulsk (Khanty-Mansiysk). On March 15, 1942 he was called up for military service. After training at the Omsk school of scouts to determine air targets in June 1942 he was sent to the front. Combat path: took part in the defense of Stalingrad, the liberation of Donbass, Simferopol. He fought through Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Czechoslovakia. I met Victory Day in Prague. He participated in hostilities from June 1942 to May 1945. From May 1945 to November 1946, he served as a driver in the 31st separate anti-aircraft regiment in Hungary and Czechoslovakia. In 1946, Ya.I. Permyakov returned to Khanty-Mansiysk. Work experience at the enterprises of the city for 23 years. Awards: Order of the Patriotic War, II degree; medals "For Courage" (two), "For Military Merit", "For the Defense of Stalingrad", "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", jubilee. Passed away in 2011.
