Born June 20, 1926 in Tyumen. In January 1943 P.K. Yeltsov was mobilized into the ranks of the Red Army. Combat path: as part of the 383rd Rifle Regiment of the NKVD participated in the battles during the liberation of Budapest, Prague, Bucharest. Awards: Order of the Patriotic War, II degree; medals "For the victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945.", "For the capture of Budapest." He was awarded the medal "Veteran of Labor", the title "Drummer of Communist Labor", the badge "Winner of Socialist Competition". Demobilized in November 1950. In 1966 he arrived in Urai. He worked as a senior electromechanic at the Uraysky radio center. From 1969 to retirement in 1986, he worked as a minder in the Shaim field geophysical office. He died in 1995 and was buried in Urai.
