Born in 1914 in Surgut, graduated from a seven-year school, then a communications school. April 4, 1936 N.P. Pankin was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army. July 31, 1942 N.P. Pankin was killed near the Silyanovo station in the Leningrad Region.
