Born on January 23, 1923 in the village. Shiryaevo (now the Omsk region). Combat path: fought from October 1943 to June 1945: as part of the 4th Guards Tank Brigade of the 1st Ukrainian Front, took part in the liberation of Prague, Lvov, the storming of Berlin. Injuries: minor injuries. Awards: Order of the Patriotic War II degree, the Red Star, medals "For victory over Germany in WWII 1941-1945", "For the liberation of Prague", "For the capture of Berlin", jubilee medals. In the post-war period I.S. Rasskazov worked in the MTS of Tobolsk, Tyumen region. In 1961 he came to the city of Urai, where he worked in the Shaim oil prospecting expedition, then in the construction and installation department No. 4. He died on May 19, 1994, was buried in Urai.
