Born in 1907 in the village of Rachevo (now the Uvat District of the Tyumen Region). He graduated from the 7th grade of the Demyansk primary secondary school. Civilian profession: accountant. On August 20, 1941, the Khanty-Mansiysk OVK was mobilized into the ranks of the Red Army. Military rank: sergeant. Position: gun commander. Combat path: he fought as part of the 661st separate anti-aircraft artillery battalion (gun number 76 mm guns), 398 anti-tank artillery battalion (gun number 45 mm guns), 1216 rifle regiment, 39 separate artillery battalion (gun commander 76 mm guns).
