Zmanovskaya Tamara Nazarovna

Born May 14, 1923 in the village. Samarovo (now Khanty-Mansiysk). Education: 7 classes. She worked as a postman, then as an operator, delivered telegrams. On June 20, 1942, she volunteered for the front. Arrived in Omsk. After distribution, T.N. Zmanovskaya was sent to the Kalinin Front in the 64th operational communications company. She served as a signalman, together with other girls she dragged coils with wires weighing 50 kg. During the installation of the connection, it fell off the pole. I got to the Kalinin hospital, where I underwent treatment for 2.5 months, after recovering, I returned to my unit. She fought on the Kalinin Front as part of the 1st shock army of the 664th operational communications company. Received baptism of fire in battles near Staraya Russa. As part of the 54th separate army, she participated in the liberation of the Leningrad region and the Baltic states. I met Victory Day in Riga. Demobilized in October 1945. Awards: Order of the Patriotic War, II degree; medal "For the victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945." anniversary awards. After the war she worked in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk in the communication system (OPTUS), was repeatedly elected as a deputy of the city council.
