Born in 1897 in the village of Shchekurya (now Berezovsky district). He was married to Anna Mikhailovna Yaptina. Five children were born in the Vyutkin family: Maria, Pelageya, Akulina, Ulyana, Matvey. Before the war, Martyn Ivanovich worked as a hunter on the Shchekurya collective farm. May 5, 1942 Berezovsky RVK was mobilized into the ranks of the Red Army. Combat path: participated in battles in the 291st Separate Machine-Gun and Artillery Pushkin Battalion of the 14th Fortified Region of the 42nd Army of the Sh of the Baltic Front as a horse breeder. Wounded: during the battle he received a shrapnel wound in the back. Awards: medals: "For the Defense of Leningrad", "For Military Merit", "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." On July 10, 1945 Martyn Ivanovich was demobilized. Returning to his native village, he continued to work as a hunter. He died on May 1, 1964 and was buried in the village of Shchekurya.
