Ilyichev Viktor Alekseevich

Was born in 1922 in the Ukrainian SSR. Member of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks since 1942. In 1941, the Stalin District Commissariat, Ukrainian SSR, Kiev, was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army. Initial military training took place at the Odessa Artillery School. M.S. Frunze. Rank: Guard Senior Lieutenant, Commander Combat Path: participated in battles near Leningrad, Novgorod, Pskov, on the Volkhov Front, commanded the Katyusha battery. He led the 1st battery of the 232nd Guards Mortar Division of the 28th Guards Mortar Regiment. In 1942 V.A. Ilyichev was awarded the Orders of the Patriotic War I and II degrees, the Order of the Red Star; 2 medals “For Courage”, medals “For the Defense of Odessa”, “For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945”, jubilee medals. Participant in the 1945 Victory Parade.In 1946 V.A. Ilyichev graduated from the Higher Officer Courses for Topographers. Arriving in Nizhnevartovsk in 1971, he began work as a chief mechanic at the Omsk Construction Department. He was engaged in the construction of capital reinforced concrete houses. In 1975 he was a foreman at SMU-5 of the Surgut house-building plant. For 21 years, with his participation, 127 residential houses and buildings for orphanages in the city of Nizhnevartovsk were built. He died in 2009 and was buried in Nizhnevartovsk.
