Ivanova Taisiya Vasilievna

Born May 12, 1921 in the village of Mashenki (now the Kirov region). Before the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, Taisiya Vasilievna worked as a minder at UVSR-705 in the town of Uglovka, Shkotovsky district, Vladivostok region. On November 26, 1941, she was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army by the Far Eastern military registration and enlistment office. Combat path: participated in hostilities at the Kursk Bulge, in the Battle of Stalingrad (as part of the 489th rifle battery). Taisiya Vasilievna was demobilized for disability in December 1945. Awards: Order of the Patriotic War, 1st degree, Order of the Red Star; medal "For Courage", anniversary medals. In the post-war period she worked as a plasterer-painter in the construction and installation department No. 1 in Urai. She died on March 4, 1990, was buried in the city of Urai.
