The film produced by Ugra was shown on the anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the archival service of the Autonomous Okrug and the Youth Parliament of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug filmed a short documentary film "The People's War". Its premiere took place on June 22 on the channel of the Ugra Archival Service on YouTube, as well as on social networks of the region. “This is a movie about every Ugra family whose grandfathers and great-grandfathers left the Khanty-Mansiysk National Okrug for the front. So, this story, without exaggeration, concerns each of us, "- said the archives of the district. The main character is called Seryozha Mukhin. In 1943, when he left the village of Samarovo for the war, he was only 17 years old. Exactly one year after a difficult battle in which Seryozha showed courage and heroism, he died of his wounds in the hospital. The film is part of the documentary cycle "Exploits of the Ugra people", based on real events and original archival documents. The director is the Honored Worker of Culture of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, film academician Rinat Khalilullin.
