Born on September 26, 1926 in the village of Kamenka (now the Vladimir region). In 1944 he was mobilized into the ranks of the Red Army. Combat path: served in the 177th Guards Rifle Regiment of the 3rd Belorussian Front. He took part in the battles for the liberation of Lithuania, Poland, took part in the storming of Konigsberg. Awards: Order of the Patriotic War, 1st Class, Order of the Red Star; medal "Veteran of Labor". Demobilized in 1946. After demobilization M.F. Dronov returned to his native collective farm. In 1960 the family moved to Urai. He worked in the timber industry, in construction departments No. 7 and 75 until 1992. He died on July 11, 2001, and was buried in Urai.
