Preserving the Past - Protecting the Future: Competition of Patriotic Projects

The All-Russian public civil-patriotic movement "Immortal Regiment of Russia" from October 21 to 23 will hold in Kazan a district patriotic session "Preserving the past - we will protect the future." About a hundred people, working on civic-patriotic education in the Volga Federal District, will take part in its work, first of all - activists of the regional branches of the Immortal Regiment of Russia.
For the participants, lectures by experts, a training seminar, a business game, and a cultural program will be organized. The main goal of the event is the exchange of experience in the implementation of civil-patriotic projects, the dissemination of best practices.
Sessions "Keeping the Past - Protecting the Future" about the support of the Presidential Grants Fund are held by the Immortal Regiment of Russia in federal districts - the first was held in Khabarovsk in early September, and was attended by activists from the Far East.
In October, within the framework of the program of patriotic sessions, a competition of the best practices in the field of patriotic education and preservation of the historical memory of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 starts.
"Keeping the past - we will protect the future." Initiative project groups, activists of the Immortal Regiment of Russia and other patriotic associations from all over the country (over 18 years old) can take part in it.
Applications with project descriptions are accepted by e-mail konkurs-bpr@mail.ru, the winners of the extramural stage will be invited to one of the patriotic sessions for the in-person presentation of their developments. The best practices will be included in the collection, and their authors will receive valuable prizes and diplomas.
