Born October 26, 1921 in the village. Konevo (now the Khanty-Mansiysk district of the Tyumen region). In 1940, the Khanty-Mansiysk district recruiting office was drafted into the army, served in the Far East as a signalman. Combat path: from June 1941 to August 1946 he served in the intelligence department of the Far Eastern Front, took part in the war with Japan. Awards: Order of the Patriotic War, II degree; medals "For Military Merit", "For Victory over Japan", "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", "Veteran of Labor", badge "Excellence in Militia". In 1946 V.T. Konev returned to Khanty-Mansiysk, where he worked for over 30 years in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
