Born on March 24, 1895 in Biysk. In 1916 he graduated from the paramedic school. Served in the ranks of the Red Army. After the service he got married. In 1931, Peter Ivanovich was appointed head of the district health department of the Ostyako-Vogulsky (Khanty-Mansiysk) district executive committee of workers. In 1941 he was drafted to the front. He served as a military assistant, assisted the wounded soldiers. For health reasons, he was discharged from the active army and sent home. Returning to Saranpaul, Petr Ivanovich worked as director of the subsidiary farm of Trust No. 13 of the Polar-Ural Expedition. He died on May 17, 1944, was buried in the village. Saranpaul.
