In June 2024, the regional branch of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug- Ugra signed a cooperation agreement with the Moldovan Historical and cultural association “Cantemir.”
The meeting took place at the site of the Ugra Public Chamber with representatives of public organizations, the regional branch of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia in the Autonomous Okrug. The meeting was attended by the head of the historical and cultural association “Cantemir” Vladislav Borisovich Dumanov.
Chairwoman Alsu Maganova made a welcoming speech and a presentation on the activities of Ugra social activists, emphasizing the importance of interaction between friendly people despite new challenges.
An important point of the meeting was the signing of an agreement on cooperation between the organizations of Russia and Moldova.
“I believe that this agreement will allow us to actively cooperate, as well as implement large-scale projects that will go beyond Ugra,” Rinat Khalilullin, chairman of the regional branch of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, shared his impressions.
“For me, this is the beginning of a new path. I thank Rinat Anatolyevich for his trust, I am sure that interesting and ambitious projects are waiting for us!” Ilya Gurov, Executive Secretary of the Youth Parliament at the Ugra Duma, founder of the regional branch of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, summed up his thoughts.
