Born on November 14, 1922 in the village of Uchinya (now Kondinsky district). In 1941 G.I. Ivashkeev was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army. Awards: medals "For Courage", the Order of Glory III degree, "For the victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945.", "50 years of the armed forces of the USSR", "20 years of victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945 years. " Demobilized due to his injury on October 3, 1944. In the post-war period G.I. Ivashkeev returned to the Kondinsky district of the settlement of Polovinka and worked at the Uchinsky fish plot. He was awarded the badge "Excellence in Socialist Competition", a certificate for fulfilling the annual fish catch plan by 228%, a certificate of honor of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR for active participation in the economic and cultural development of the district. He died on November 2, 1970, and was buried in Polovinka, Kondinsky district.
