Thanks to the massive involvement of the population in the study of medical knowledge, the plan for the training of medical and sanitary personnel in 1943 was fulfilled by 144%. The growth of medical personnel was facilitated by the annual increase in the primary organizations of the RRCS and the numerical growth of their composition.
